More fantastic news. I have short story that will be published this month over at Swords and Sorcery Magazine. This is another tale that started off as purely a writing exercise at the beginning of the pandemic (at least, from where I hail from). Initially, I tried to write the story, called Forgotten Deeds, as flash fiction. It quickly became apparent that wasn’t in the cards. The story, although short, is closer to 1,500 words than 1,000.
Some of these tales that I’ve been weaving lately have got me thinking about inspiration, the muse. My muse or muses. Anyway, that might be the subject of a future post. Before I do that, I still need to organize my thought on some awesome news I have to share.
