Close-up of a pen on paper with math equations, including "x = 13." Focus on the pen tip, creating a studious and focused mood.

Phantom Algebra: Galley Approved

I finally approved the galley for Phantom Algebra! That's always an exciting and nerve-racking experience. For those unfamiliar with publishing, the galley is the document sent to the printer. Reviewing it is my last chance to find any lingering typos before the novel is released into the wild. Did I catch every single one? Or is there an insidious homophone lurking on a page?

Phantom Algebra: ARC Readers Needed

E-reader displaying text leans against a stack of books with varied colors and thicknesses on a white background.

Love YA? Enjoy a good ghost story? Then join Phantom Algebra's street team today! You will receive an advanced reader copy of the novel in exchange for a review on Amazon, GoodReads, BookBub, or your bookstagram, etc. Drop me a line via this contact form, stating that you'd like to join the street team, and be sure to include your email address.

Here is the blurb to give you an idea of the phantasmagorical fun in store for ARC readers…

Zuri and her mother settle in Pinedale, North Carolina, to start over. For years, they’ve been on the run from Zuri’s father, a retired boxer and full-time gangland enforcer.

In Pinedale, Zuri finds a gym where she can train in mixed martial arts to pursue her dream of becoming a champion fighter. At Pinedale High, she discovers friends among the outcasts, academic challenges, and something unexpected…ghosts.

When Zuri encounters a tween phantom haunting the library, her life is turned upside down and inside out as she attempts to help the spirit. This incurs the wrath of devils, living and dead. Zuri will need her martial arts prowess, heart, and the aid of friends to protect everyone she loves.

Phantom Algebra: Release Date

I don't have a release date yet. That is in the hands of my publisher. I'm hopeful for a fall release date around Halloween! Time will tell…

In the meantime, enjoy a bit more of the cover.

Bookshelves in a library setting with colorful paint strokes overlaying text. Green, pink, and orange hues create an abstract, artistic vibe.
