Just a quick note of positivity. The last couple of weeks have been pretty fantastic for me on the acceptance front. I just had a flash story called Scars accepted at The Arcanist. I'm delighted with this acceptance because it's a prominent market. It's a nice feather to have my cap, so to speak.
The story is one I whipped out as one of the "flash exercises" I discussed in this post. It's doubly cool to have what started out as a writing exercise to become one of my most preeminent pieces.
I have some absolutely awesome news that I still need to write a post about. I think it will be a longer post, so it will have to wait for the weekend. Anyway, I hope you are having good luck in your writing endeavors, and as always in these strange times, stay six feet apart.
